The Sonata for Arpeggione and Piano in A minor, D. 821,
was written by Franz Schubert in Vienna in November of 1824. This Masterpiece, the only consequential composition for the arpeggione ever written, is elevated to a present day concert work for guitar and orchestra in a masterful arrangement by Gregg Nestor.
